We endeavour to keep in stock most products listed on this Website. All available stock is represented on our website’s product page as “In Stock”. Occasionally when a product is not stocked in our warehouse or may have run out, a “Despatch In X days” shows up to indicate the number of days the item will take to come back in stock and subsequently leave the warehouse. If for any reason we cannot supply a product you have ordered, our customer service team will inform you over the phone or contact you using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel your order, or put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you decide to put you order on backorder, we will contact you once the product is available to arrange a delivery.
