The Celestron Astromaster Eyepiece and Filter kit is designed to compliment the Celestron Astromaster range of telescopes but also any telescope that accepts the standard 1.25" Eyepiece and Filters.
Included in the kit are 2 Eyepieces.
15mm 1.25-inch Kellner Eyepiece
Observe using a medium magnification with most telescopes to help see more details but still retain a good field of view.
6mm 1.25-inch Plossl Eyepiece
Designed for higher magnification, allowing you to see more of the details of the Moon and the planets.
A 2x Barlow Lens
The Celestron Astromaster Eyepiece and Filter Kit also features a 2x Power (Barlow) Lens to give you an enhanced view of the planets. The 2x lens also features a T-Thread which allows a T-Ring and a DSLR Camera to be attached to it.
2x Barlow Lens
Two in one accessory - The doubling lens enables you to see planets in double size, and the handy t-thread helps you take photos with a compatible T-Ring.
Also included are 2 Kodak Wratten #80A and #25 Planetary Filters to further enhance the detail on the planets. These filters are designed to bring you a much more detailed picture of the Solar System. They are designed to fit in virtually all 1.25" Eyepieces.
And 3 Filters are also included
#80A Planetary Filter
Medium-Blue: enhanced viewing of Saturn's polar ice caps and improved contrast of Jupiter's cloud belts.
#25 Planetary Filter
Deep Red: defines Mars' polar ice caps. Reduces the intensity of light for easier observation of other bright objects, especially with a large aperture telescope.
Moon Filter
Useful for everyone! Blocks out some of the Moon's light so you can see more of the details of the Moon. Make sure to use the Moon filter when observing the Moon during brighter phases - you will notice the difference! You can also try this filter on Venus.
The entire kit is perfectly fitted into a Carrying case with a foam interior cut out specifically for your accessories.

If you would like to return an item to us for an Exchange or Refund, we are happy to do so within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition with all of the original packaging. Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer and Refunds will exclude the original shipping fees.
