This counterweight features a sturdy knurled knob lock to hold it securely in place on the counterweight shaft. It is designed to fit 19mm counterweight shafts.

Whether you're enhancing your mount setup or replacing a part, a counterweight helps balance the optical tube (OTA) and accessories on the opposite side of the Right Ascension (RA) axis. If you add accessories like a camera or guider to your telescope, you may need additional counterweights to offset the extra weight.
