This makes it great for travelling, especially when paired with a relatively compact 8-inch SCT such as the Evolution 8 Optical Tube Assembly.

The Evolution Mount also features built-in WiFi. This means that in addition to using the included NexStar+ Hand Controller, you have the option to control the telescope using your smartphone or tablet.
