The Celestron Omni 12mm eyepiece offers a 50° apparent field of view, making it well-suited for observing planets, the Moon, and deep-sky objects. Its four-element Plössl optical design, combined with multi-layered high-transmission coatings, enhances light transmission for bright, sharp, and high-contrast images. Blackened lens edges further reduce internal reflections, improving overall clarity.
Constructed from anodised aluminum, the eyepiece features a matte finish that minimises glare. A foldable rubber eyecup enhances viewing comfort and helps block stray light, making it suitable for both eyeglass and non-eyeglass users. The 1.25” barrel is threaded to accommodate standard filters for added versatility.
