Click & Collect

OpticsCentral now offers Free Contactless Click & Collect Services from our Mitcham showroom. To click & collect, follow these 5 steps.

 

Placing An Order

1. Add your items to cart. Make sure that they are all in-stock. 

2. Proceed to checkout. 

3. Fill in your details and select 'Click & Collect' as your shipping method. You will need to fill in your Victorian address before Click & Collect is revealed. 

4. Place your order.

5. Collect your order.

 

Once we have received your order, our Warehouse team will prepare your order and notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. You may then collect your order during business hours at our Mitcham showroom.

While we aim to get all Click & Collect orders ready within 4 hours, this is subject to stock availability. To ensure a same- or next-day pickup, please order only in-stock items. In the chance that a component of your order is unavailable and must be ordered in, you will only be notified when the entire order is ready for collection unless otherwise organised.

Mondays - Fridays: 9am - 5:30pm

Saturdays: 10am - 4pm

 

Collecting Your Order

When you have received an email stating that your order is ready for collection, you're more than welcome to drop by at any time during our opening hours.

For a COVIDSafe Contactless Click-and-Collect, please call us on 1300 884 763 from your car in the parking lot and let us know your order number and name, and one of our friendly staff will bring your order to your car. Alternatively, feel free to head into our store to pick up your items.

Please note that Click and Collect orders are held for a maximum of 90 days from the date it is ready for collection, after which a refund will be actioned (where possible) if an order remains uncollected.
