The QHY 16200A (OAG included) is a camera used for astrophotography. This camera comes with a APS-H sensor which is relatively larger with atleast 50% more imaging area. This is ideal for photographing deep sky objects more than planetary objects. It comes with a large, monochrome 16 Megapixel sensor with a 27mm*21.6mm surface area. This also comes with a mechanical butterfly-shaped shutter which is driven by a motor, which operates with no friction with other parts of the camera. This is very beneficial in terms of durability of the shutter, making it last longer and lesser problems to occur. The shutter is able to cover the light as it has two sides; to open and close the shutter.
This model has a single power socket and uses 12V current for power. In order to connect to DC plugs, the power socket is threaded, resulting in firm and stable connection.
