The Saxon 1206AZ5 Refractor Telescope is intentionally designed after years of careful critique of the flaws of the AZ3 and AZ4 mounts.

With an AZ3, the smooth glides required to follow a fast swooping bird cascading over the bay half a kilometer way was impossible. Those control knobs were far to stiff and clunky to cater to that - resulting in undesirable bumps that disrupted your view. With the AZ4, this movement was completely achievable - but the second you want to follow the Moon or Jupiter at night, you're interrupted with too fast or too large manoevers that stop you from getting the incremental movements you need. 

The Saxon 1206AZ5 does both with ease. This telescope features multiple angle adjustable arm design that can be mounted at 45°, 90° and 135° when you need it. This means it is capable of attuning to different uses - observing directly overhead, in front or above a tall hill (or any other slant). It presents a innovative and groundbreaking telescope design that enables full use for both astronomy and landviewing - what this high quality optical tube was designed for. 

Featuring a wide and short tube design, the 120mm aperture with 600mm focal length optical tube offers a powerful telescope in a compact and easy storage solution.
