Upgrade your EQ3 mount with the Saxon GoTo EQ3 Upgrade Kit, transforming it into a fully computerised system capable of locating and tracking over 42,900 celestial objects with ease. The included SynScan V3 handset offers user-friendly menus for straightforward target selection. Dual stepper motors for both Declination (DEC) and Right Ascension (R.A.) axes enable precise slewing at speeds up to 3.4° per second, efficiently centering your desired objects in the eyepiece. Installation is simple and requires no modifications to your existing mount. The kit operates on a 12V DC power source or an AC power adapter (not included). Please note, compatibility may vary for mounts purchased before mid-2004; contact us to confirm suitability.
