We understand that setting up and using a telescope for the first time can be a daunting task, especially if you're new to the hobby.
That's why we offer personalised site consultations to help our customers set up and use their telescopes. That's right - we come to you!
If you're having trouble setting up or using a telescope you purchased from here or elsewhere, we offer site visits, consultations or private, one-on-one lessons.
Our current charge is $100 per hour, and we service Metropolitan Melbourne, VIC. To schedule a site visit, click here and fill out the form located at the bottom of this page!
What if I need help with an astrophotography or more specialised setup?
No worries - we can help with that too! If you'd like some help assembling your imaging train or your new astrophotography setup, our site consultations can cater to your requirements as needed.

What happens during a site consultation?
During the site consultation, one of our experienced staff members will schedule a visit to your location to help you set up and learn how to use your new telescope or astrophotography equipment. We'll make sure that your telescope is properly assembled, and aligned if needed. You'll also learn how to use all the various features and functions that your telescope or astrophotography equipment has.
We'll also take the time to answer any and all questions you might have about your telescope to help you get comfortable with it. During your personalised lesson, we'll also show you how to find and observe celestial objects to get the most out of your telescope.
