The sensor's 3.76μm pixel size, combined with its 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), ensures exceptional dynamic range and low read noise, making it ideal at capturing both faint deep-sky objects and bright planetary features.

One of the standout features of the ATR2600M is its advanced two-stage thermoelectric cooling (TEC) system. This regulated cooling mechanism can reduce the sensor temperature by up to 45°C below ambient, significantly minimizing thermal noise during long exposures. The cooling system is complemented by a built-in anti-dew heater and an active cooling fan, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging conditions.

Connectivity is seamless with the ATR2600M, thanks to its USB 3.0 interface that provides fast data transfer rates and efficient power management. The camera also includes a 12V DC power input for cooling, enhancing its usability in various setups. Its robust anodized aluminum housing ensures durability while maintaining a manageable weight, making it suitable for both fixed and portable observatories.

Software support is comprehensive, with the camera being compatible with Touptek's own ToupView software, as well as ASCOM drivers for integration with a wide range of astrophotography software.
