By producing a wider aperture, this lens will turn your astronomical camera into all-sky and meteor CCTV capturing cameras by capturing fainter objects and covering a wider field of view.
At 2.8mm focal length, your ASI120MM will produce a wide 100 degree FOV, f1.4.
