The ZWO 5 x 1.25-inch Mini Electronic Filter Wheel is an essential tool for astrophotographers looking to streamline their imaging sessions. This innovative filter wheel allows you to use up to five 1.25" or 31mm filters simultaneously, enabling electronic swapping without the need to physically remove the filters. Its robust construction features a CNC-machined body crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring durability while keeping the weight to just 300g. With a remarkably thin design of only 20mm, this filter wheel integrates seamlessly into your setup. The heart of the EFWmini is a high-quality step motor made by NPM from Japan, offering dependable performance and reliability. The wheel rotates in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions, allowing for easy filter selection. A single USB cable is all that’s needed to power the filter wheel, with a maximum power consumption of just 120mA at 5V. It can conveniently connect through the USB 2.0 hub of your ZWO cooled cameras. When connected to the ASI1600, the distance between the filter and sensor is approximately 10mm, preventing vignetting for 1.25" filters up to an f/5 focal ratio and 31mm filters up to an f/2 lens.   How to use it: All you need to do to use it is plug in the EFW mini with a USB 2.0 cable and install the ASCOM driver You will have two options; ZWO Filter Wheel (1) and ZWO Filter Wheel (2).
