The ZWO FF107APO is a refractive astrograph designed for astrophotography and visual observation, offering a quintuplet air-spaced APO optical design. Its self-flattening optics eliminate the need for a separate field flattener, simplifying setup and ensuring sharp, round stars with a central RMS radius of 2.5μm. The telescope's 107mm aperture, f/7 focal ratio, and 749mm focal length make it suitable for high-resolution imaging and viewing.

The ZWOFF107 APO is a refractive astrograph featuring a powerful flatfield optical design that eliminates the need for a costly field flattener. It simplifies the process of calculating the back focus distance of the flattener and connecting various accessories to achieve the desired distance. Users can connect any necessary accessories without hassle, as long as the target is in focus, ensuring optimal performance of the entire optical system. This streamlines the setup process, saving time and allowing users to focus more on capturing high-quality images.

The ZWOFF107 APO is also suitable for visual observation purposes. It accommodates diagonals and various eyepieces, enabling perfect focus. It can even be used for observing planets using super-high magnification eyepieces. The FF107APO supports various adapters, including M68, M54, and M48, and features a 2.5" dual-speed (1:10) focuser with fine and coarse adjustment. Its integrated 360° rotator includes scales and a finder base for enhanced usability. 

The telescope's overall design is compact and lightweight. The optical tube assembly (OTA) weighs 5kg, while the full package, including tube rings and other accessories, weighs 5.7kg. It boasts a 107mm aperture, an f 7 focal ratio, and a focal length of 749mm. Unlike other ZWO FF APO telescopes with a quadruplet structure, the FF107 APO employs a quintuplet design with two extra-low dispersion (ED) glasses, ensuring excellent control over chromatic and other aberrations.

The FF107 APO supports the full-frame imaging circle and provides a fine spot diagram with minimal distortions in the peripheral stars. The included 2.5" rigid focuser features a new-type 360° rotator equipped with scales and a finder base.
