The ZWO IR Cut 2-Inch Filter is designed to enhance your astrophotography by removing ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) frequencies that lie outside the visible light spectrum. This effectively reduces "star bloat," leading to smaller, more accurately coloured stars in your images. It is particularly suited for use with colour cameras that have an AR protective window.
Housed in a robust 2-inch cell, the filter features a thickness of 5mm plus an additional 2mm for threading. It includes an M48*0.75 male thread for easy attachment. The filter comes with a protective plastic case to ensure safe storage and handling.
